Appellant was convicted of capital murder, namely murder during the commission of, or while attempting to commit, robbery. See TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.03(a)(2). Following the presentation of punishment evidence, the jury returned affirmative answers to the four special issues submitted to it. See TEX.CODE CRIM.PROC.ANN., art. 37.071(b)(1)(2) and (3)(repealed).*fn1 The trial court sentenced appellant to death. TEX.CODE CRIM.PROC.ANN. art. 37.071(g). Appeal to this Court is automatic. Art. 37.071(h). We will affirm the judgment and sentence of the trial court.
